Each injury prevention program begins with a comprehensive evaluation by your Doctor of Physical Therapy, where we assess strength, mobility, balance, and movement patterns. Based on your assessment, we create a personalized program that is safe, effective, and appropriate for your age and activity level.

Typical sessions may include:
